Our Invisalign Dentists

  • Dr Ronak Shams

    Dr Samaneh (Ronak) Shams completed her specialist training at Guy's, King's and St Thomas's Dental Institute London, having previously graduated with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree in 2008 and worked as principal general dental practitioner. She was awarded her Master of Science in Orthodontics from King's College London and Membership in Orthodontics (MOrth) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.


    Her commitment to providing the highest quality orthodontic treatment is supported by her ongoing professional development and training in the latest technologies and techniques. She is experienced in all contemporary types of orthodontic appliances, including Damon, lingual systems and clear aligners, such as Invisalign. She is a member of the British Orthodontic Society, the European Orthodontic Society, the American Association of Orthodontists and the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.



  • Dr. David Tissera

    David qualified from King's College School of Medicine & Dentistry London in 1997. He continued his postgraduate education in the maxillofacial/oral surgery, and paediatric departments at London's King's College and St. George's hospital. He has also worked as a hospital honorary clinician in restorative dentistry, where he routinely dealt with complex cases and anxious patients referred by other dentists and brings this expertise to his own patients.


    He is a highly experienced dental surgeon, who has been in private practice for almost eighteen years. He has a special interest in advanced cosmetic and implant dentistry, performing smile makeovers and accepting referrals for root canal retreatments. He is an experienced practitioner of adult aesthetic orthodontics for many systems including Invisalign.


    He is a member of both the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) and European Society of Aesthetic Orthodontics (ESAO).


    Being an articulate and calming person has enabled David to grow a loyal patient base over the years based almost solely on personal recommendation.

  • Dr. Daniel Caldwell

    Dr Daniel Caldwell practices as a General Dentist at Aura Dental London in St John's Wood. He earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from the University of Liverpool in 2013, as well as a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Physiology. His dedication to restorative dentistry earned him the finals prize for 'highest achievement' during his university years.   Daniel recieved a certificate for 'highly commended associate of the year' at the Dental Beauty Awards in 2022.  He has recently completed a PGCert in Advanced Aesthetic dentistry with Elevate.


    During 2019 Daniel was appointed as an Educational Supervisor on the East of England denary and supports newly qualified dentists throght the early stages of their careers, a role he continues to enjoy.


    Daniel thrives on the daily interactions with his patients and strives to cultivate long-term relationships with them and their families.   He is passionate about all aspects of preventative and restorative dentistry, including specialised cosmetic treatments like composite bonding, ENLIGHTEN or BOUTIQUE tooth whitening and INVISALIGN.


    Known for his ability to ease patients' nerves before treatment, Daniel also oversees the domiciliary programme, ensuring access to dental care for those unable to visit the clinic.  With a commitment to patient comfort and satisfaction, offering a compassionate and patient-focused approach to dentistry.
